The Beacons are Back!

We’re super excited to share the news that TrekFest The Beacons is back for 2020! We’ll be returning to the beautiful Brecon Beacons National Park on Saturday 19 September 2020.

What?

TrekFest is our ultimate trekking adventure – a 25km or 50km hike through the challenging Brecon Beacons National Park. The aim is to summit Pen y Fan whilst making every step count for the charity of your choice!

When?

TrekFest The Beacons takes place on Saturday 19 September 2020, however TrekFest 2020 is a full weekend of adventure from Friday 18 to Sunday 20 September! Camping will be available for the whole weekend – and is free for all participants. So, grab your friends and family and make it a weekend to remember!

Where?

This year’s challenge takes place in the Brecon Beacons National Park, surrounded by natural beauty and the iconic skyline featuring Pen y Fan, Corn Du and Cribyn! The event village is located at Brecon Showground, and features a pop-up bar, chill out zone, massage area and plenty of delicious food to enjoy!

Why?

There are many reasons to take on TrekFest 2020; whether it be to meet likeminded adventurers, to experience breath-taking scenery, to push yourself outside your comfort zone – or to make every step count for the charity of your choice. Since it’s launch in 2013 TrekFest has raised over £2 million for charities nationwide! Choose your distance, choose your charity and make every step count!

Who?

TrekFest is the perfect challenge for you! Whether you sign up solo, or as part of a team, you’re a trekking newbie or an expert trail runner – TrekFest should definitely be on your adventure list for 2020!

The minimum age required to take part in TrekFest is 18 years old, however 14-17-year olds can take part as long as they are accompanied by a parent or guardian.
