TrekFest The Peaks – Conquered!
On August 31st 2019, hundreds of adventurers joined together to take part in TrekFest The Peaks!
TrekFest is our ultimate trekking challenges, set in the rugged Peak District National Park! Our challengers completed either the 25km or 50km route, conquered tough terrain and battled through mixed weather conditions to achieve their goals!
Our TrekFest Village proved to be a massive hit – home to our inflatable pub, chill out tepee, massage area and complimentary campsite! It was the perfect location to soak in the pre and post event atmosphere, and celebrate our achievements after conquering TrekFest 2019!

Completed the Peaks 50km TrekFest this weekend; fab event. Well organised, great sign posting, and the food was fabulous (I am vegan and my options were great).
The event village was well laid out and the showers wonderful! The post event massage – invaluable.

It was our first 25km Trekfest, a very well organised event, from beginning until the end we were supported. All staff were friendly and encouraging, especially on those hills!!! Tough as it was we both enjoyed it, and look forward to next year. Big thank you to all the organisers!
I completed the 2019 TrekFest in the peaks. I did the 50k challenge and what a challenge. It’s a huge achievement one that will stick with me for as long as I have my marbles. But without the great organisation, friendly staff and well spirited entrants that challenge would have been so much harder. Thank you to the whole team at GAC.
Fantasic staff with inspiring & positive attitudes who make every participant feel special. A great organisation with clear instructions pre post & during the event. Great facilities. An organisation with a genuine mission to make a difference in every way. In a nutshell – what’s in the tin is whats on the label 😍!! Refreshing in every way.
The weekend was well organised, with all the information we needed before and during the event. The facilities were great and we felt able to relax and enjoy it all. There was a great atmosphere and I hope to see them again next year for the Brecon Beacons!
Brilliantly organised event (50k Peak District), excellent marshalling and directions. Food great, TrekFest village was mint!!! A great challenge with great support. Loved it!
I just completed the 50km Trekfest at the Peaks and the whole event was run so well, from signing up, to the onsite facilities to the marshalls on route. In particular the happy marshal who greeted us 3.5km before Checkpoint 3. I would definately do another challenge with this company (just maybe not for a while as my legs needs to rest 🤣) Thank you GAC!
We took part in 25km TrekFest in the Peak District. Very well organised event, lovely staff and great encouragement along the way. Already thinking of coming back next year!

First timers for Trekfest 25k. The event was so well organised, the food was great… atmosphere brilliant, and the staff were, quite frankly the very best. There for encouragement every step of the way… I’m tired, a little bit broken but already I’m gearing up for next year!! Thank you to everyone at Team GAC!
My friend and I walked the 25km route and it was an amazing experience. The views, the people, the weather (!), the sense of achievement – all contributed to a great day. The organisation of the event was outstanding; everything was thought about and made for a very successful event.
